Carlos Jannarelli


Carlos Jannarelli is a bass player, songwriter, music educator and DIY artists mentor.

Teaches bass guitar, acoustic guitar, ukulele, functional harmony and popular songwriting online or by attendance (presential).

Also works on music education in a broader sense for all ages, especially for children.

Records and writes bass lines for songwriters and producers online (remote recording) or by attendance (presential).

As a songwriter, he has a lot of songs recorded and available on all digital platforms.

He´s also a mentor for D.I.Y. Musicians, covering everything from writing and recording songs to distribution and marketing, including royalties and rights.

Performs at weddings, corporate events, fairs and conventions as he´s the bass player and managing partner at the company from which “DVeneta Band” is a service.

Works as a sideman on concerts and tours. Also plays in cover bands.

He´s a member (bassist) of the Pop Rock band Pietros. He´s been fortunate in winning a distinguished award for best music video with the band (“Todo Dia” has almost 500k views on Youtube) with the band and for playing the Coke´s World Cup Tour event, at the legendary soccer stadium complex of Maracanã (2014 FIFA World Cup).

Carlos was the bassist of the Heavy Metal band Heavenfalls, which recorded and released two albums by Hellion Records. Heavenfalls played with some of the best metal bands in the world, such as Iron Maiden in Rio de Janeiro for more than 8,000 people, and also Evergrey, Pain of Salvation and Shaman in sold out concerts. The band was part of the Disconnected Magazine release show’s lineup and hit the spotlight of the specialized media worldwide, mainly after the release of the second album.

He was a member of the pop rock band Flay, playing the bass. The band placed second in GAS Festival contest, which had thousands of bands competing, from all over Brazil, and was organized by Som Livre and sponsored by Guaraná Antártica. Flay performed at the main stage. The lineup of that festival included NX Zero, Detonautas and Marcelo D2. It took place at Chácara do Jóquei, São Paulo.

Carlos played the electric guitar in the pop rock band Lágrima Flor, which recorded a music video that became popular (70,000 views on Youtube).

He was the bass player for Chronicode, a Heavy Metal Band that received a most honorable compliment from Tony Iommi (Black Sabbath). He recorded two music videos with the band.

Carlos was the bass player on “Margot, Cadê Você?”, a Pop Rock band that still holds a steady and considerable number of listeners. He arranged and recorded all the bass lines in all the band´s songs.

Over the years, Carlos engaged in several other original song bands. We could highlight Dahlia (was a founder and played the electric guitar), Cynics (bass player), Arkham (was a founder and played the bass) e Nimbus (bass player).
